Josh Johnson moved to Chicago and began performing stand up just over a year ago. In addition to being a cast member at Stand Up Throw Down, he is a cast member and producer at Malort Monday at the Green Door Tavern, a host at Hump Night on Wednesdays at the Apollo Studio Theater, and a host and co-producer of the monthly show Live Wire on Fridays. He was recently added as a writer for Entertainment Chicago Live. He also trips a lot. You can see him falling down all over the city.

A Chicago native, Bobby has had his hand in entertainment since his time in the nightlife industry in the 90's. Dialing into his passion for stand-up, Bobby continues to put subjects like race, relationships, parenting and other every day occurrences in a funny perspective with his brand of observational and physical humor. Never at a loss for words, Bobby always delivers the goods.

Bobby has appeared in Las Vegas at the World Series of Comedy and along with co-producing Stand-Up Throw Down, has also launched a comedy podcast about online dating you should check out, called Work Hard, Play Hard.

Tamara moved to Chicago from California to pursue theater two years ago. After being here a year, she realized her only theater credits were Sheep in a "Live Nativity" and Ensemble Member in "Musical No One Has Heard Of" so she decided to venture out into other forms of entertainment. Tamara has been regularly performing stand up in Chicago for a little over a year now. Along with being a producer of Stand Up Throw Down, she has also been featured on the Huffington Post for her comedy. Using her experiences in the big city, Tamara talks about her job as a dog walker, her auditions, and her diabetes...lots of diabetes jokes, everyone! Enjoy!

Tommy Morgan began performing at the age of six, when he would stand next to his aunt's fireplace and scream selections from the Lion King while in his underwear. He has done slightly better for himself lately, touring the Midwest with his brand of acerbic wit and self-deprecation.

Mix equal parts pop culture, wry observation, and overweight teenager and throw them from the ivory tower of the upper middle class and you have Tommy, writing jokes while becoming slightly more feral (and funny) each day.

Originally from Iowa, Tommy thinks that the Field of Dreams is just a waste of perfectly good arable land.

Sarah has spent most of her adult life being totally tubular and thinking about how, if she had been born a straight male, she would be gettin' mad bitches pregnant. As a straight female, she has instead spent most of her adult life worried about/meticulously avoiding getting pregnant and, in the time left over, writing sweet, sweet jokes and doing stupid shit in the wilderness that would almost certainly lead to serious injury if repeated enough times. She hates the word "pamper" and, if given an infinite supply of cheeseburgers, will keep eating them until someone tells her to "Stop. Seriously, stop." or she eats herself to death like so many carnival-won goldfish.

Timmy Brochu is originally from Maine. His comedy path has brought him to working clubs across the country including The Comedy Store in Los Angeles, Comix in Manhattan, and countless in between. A local favorite residing here in Chicago, Tim recently recorded his first album “Xanadu” which was immediately picked up for a distribution deal with Delinquent Records, a prominent underground comedy label.

Tim reflects on the sad bastard that he can be, while at the same time bringing a goofy, always enamoring likability that's very unique.

Life experience is what he's all about, 40 years with a blend of heartache, poverty, true love, and puppies make for one heck of an evertaining man.

The Interns

Bobby says: "This is the last time I ask interns to send me their bio and just repost it."
